Emma is a knowledgeable, well-qualified, empathic and people-orientated Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist/Counsellor/NLP Practitioner with 22 years’ experience. She will help you get a new perspective on yourself and your life! Whatever emotional or mental-health – related difficulty you are struggling with, and however long it has been a problem, become empowered and skilled in moving on with your situation. As the saying goes….” No problem too large or too small”! Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Transgender, HIV+, Self-esteem, Chronic health conditions and many more difficulties are dealt with. Appointments are available weekdays and late Wednesday evenings, and by special arrangement on Saturday mornings.
Emma is fully insured and a lifelong member of the British Psychological Society, and was formerly registered with UKCP. Emma is experienced in working with individuals, couples and groups.
Emma is also a Specialist Mental Health Mentor for a private company, working with University students, and is a qualified teacher of 14+. Her qualifications include Postgraduate Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Masters in Applied Psychology and European Certificate of Psychotherapy.

- Virtual Gastric Band 5-session courses at a very competitive rate (for BMI 30+)
- Special rates for MS sufferers – home visits only
- Hourly, and longer intensive sessions focusing on Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Self-esteem.
- Payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer ( cleared bank transfer payment required prior to the session taking place)
- Relaxation sessions to fit into your lunch hour
